What I recommend to an e-commerce that wants to implement or improve its omnichannel strategy is to think about the possible points of contact that a customer has with their company.

E-mail.

Contact form on the website.

Direct message on Twitter or Instagram.

Facebook Messenger.

Instagram messages.

Post or mention on any social network.

Telephone or Whatsapp.

Live Chat on the page.

Visit to physical store.
