What specialists are involved?

Earlier we wrote that one specialist is not enough for effective SEO promotion of a website. How many should there be?

In our web studio, 6 people work on one project:

internet marketer;
SEO optimizer;
programmer;
designer;
copywriter;
site administrator.
For clarity, we have prepared a slide that shows accurate mobile phone number list what specialists will be doing during the promotion.

How much does the work of specialists cost?
In SEO, as well as in website development, all work is estimated in man-hours. The average hourly rate for an SEO specialist in agencies is 2,000 rubles. Of course, this cost can vary both up and down depending on the region, the qualifications of the specialists, the fame of the agency and many other factors.

Each of the six specialists must devote at least two hours a month to working on the project. Based on the average hourly rate, we get the minimum cost of search engine promotion of the site - 24,000 rubles / month.

Can it be cheaper?
It is possible, but is it necessary? Let's give an example. We conducted a SHOCK audit of your site and estimated the amount of work at 600 hours. Devoting 12 hours a month to your project, it will take us 50 months to complete all the tasks, i.e. more than 4 years. By the time all the tasks are completed, search engines will have updated their ranking algorithms several times, and we will have to start most of the work from scratch. It will be running in place. Will this option suit you? Unlikely.

You can choose a studio with a lower hourly rate and get more hours worked for the same amount. However, a low cost of work often indicates that either a team of novice specialists who are trying to gain experience will work on the project, and therefore all the trials and errors will fall on your site, or that the company has dozens of "cheap" clients, and they do not have time to delve into the specifics of the business and develop unique promotion strategies.

You can hire one person who, like a shaman with a tambourine, will replace a whole team of specialists; by the way, it is quite common for one person to be in charge of all digital stuff. At some enterprises, a conventional marketer runs social networks, promotes and fills the website, sets up, runs contextual advertising, etc. Unfortunately, the efficiency of such a solution will be extremely low.
