Galit Skatepark - Galit Park - Official Opening

Post by muskanislam99 »

Tuesday, October 30th will go down in the history books of skateboarding in Israel. On this day, Galit Skatepark officially opened to the general public with the participation of the entire development and construction team of the place (I don't remember all the names, sorry), Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai, Avi Luzia , the professional advisor, and of course hundreds if not thousands of skaters from all over the country...

I'll start with the fact that I've personally been skateboarding for 20 years and in my life I've never seen anything so professional. The skatepark is simply perfect. There's no wasted space, no mistakes, no flaws, and even if you look hard, you won't find any. You can see that they gave deep thought to the skater's needs. You can see that they didn't give up on subtleties and finishes. The rails are exactly the right size. The angle of the pyramids is perfect. The corners invite you to do tricks. And of course, the icing on the cake - two perfect pools that only the brave and especially the experienced will enjoy.

That evening I called my mother and told her that I was email data to being a kid for a day, I told her that I understood what it's like to be a kid in a candy store, there are no words to describe this perfect place, you need so much time there to explore all the corners and possibilities that it's simply ridiculous , when you say the word "skatepark" and open the dictionary next to the word there wo n't be a picture of Galit Park because there wouldn't be room in the picture , DDD Avi Luzia and Arthur Rashkovan Photographer: Danny Beck Avi Luzia Photographer: Danny Beck Ron Huldai Mayor of Tel Aviv Photographer: Danny Beck Shortly after, the red ribbon was cut and a massive demo began, which opened with the Bladers who did a pretty good job, a group of kids starring Yuval Daniel who jumped the nine steps at the beginning straight to a shocking fall that almost broke his wrist, I personally closed my eyes when I saw that... He is alive and well, thank God... From there they moved on to the great skaters, Avi Luzia, Josh Evin, Dane Bromant, Aquino and many other good ones... who gave a crazy show with transfer tricks that are suitable for a skatepark of this size, around the poles there were sessions that were no less good that showed how much a skatepark of this type was missing in the Israeli scene. Galit Park Photographer: Danny Beck There were also beautiful girls! What a fun photo shoot: Danny Beck Well done to everyone: Avi Luzia, Grind Line , Vered Bar the Contractor and many, many other good people whose names I don't have, sorry, sorry, sorry, thanks again for everything, you have been a blessing to the sport! Really!

Personally, I foresee a monstrous generation that will rise from this blessed place. Guys who grow up in this place will become official representatives of sports around the world and will see that Israel is on the map not only in basketball and similar boring sports but also in the extreme sports field, and all thanks to this park!

As a former Jerusalemite and at heart, all I can ask God for is that they build something similar in our capital city (a very sharp and sarcastic article coming soon on this matter.
