According to the Commercial Board of Paraná , the simplified certificate is a document list of iran cell phone numbers with updated CNPJ information registered in the Board's files . It contains the company name, CNPJ number, address, share capital, economic activity, names of partners, date of commencement of activities, date and registration number of the last filing, business size and the company's registration status.

It is worth noting that the document presents the company's current corporate structure, without providing information on those who have already left the company. It also does not provide addresses, telephone numbers or e-mails of the current partners, nor information on the accountant. The company's name changes also do not appear in the simplified certificate issued by the Commercial Board.

**Some states charge additional fees for additional pages and for sending the physical document.

What is the purpose of the simplified Digital certificate?
The simplified digital certificate allows you to continue with some services at the Commercial Board : protection of the company name, opening, changing and registering the transfer of branches in other states, to transfer the company's headquarters.

Furthermore, you can use it when opening corporate accounts in banks or to participate in bidding processes, as it contains the basic information required from your CNPJ.

What is the validity period of the simplified certificate from the Commercial Board?
The simplified CNPJ certificate has no expiration date, but be careful: once issued, you have up to 30 days to retrieve it on the Commercial Board website , so it is important to keep the protocol number handy and monitor it. Furthermore, even without an expiration date, it loses its value if there are changes to the information contained in it, as it will no longer be up to date.
