Good humour, music and attitude: touches of innovation in tourism

Over a year ago I saw a video of a flight attendant from Southwest Airlines who, in order to give safety instructions, rapped them in a musical and humorous tone, like this:
This man of in-flight rap, David Holmes , became quite bc data singapore a celebrity when his musical-tourist performances were seen on Youtube , CBS and even CNN . But it turns out that, as this blog points out , Southwest Airlines has been innovating for a while now, with small details that, funny and acceptable or not, definitely make more than one person smile in moments of boredom on the plane.
The funny thing is that last week I saw an ad for San Miguel beer , with this video:
Which shows David's story and emphasizes that the beer brand is with people like that, with attitude.
I'm not entirely convinced by the San Miguel ad (even though it says the story is real, for those who haven't seen the first video, the ad doesn't seem real), but I love David Holmes' initiative and that Southwest Airlines gave him the opportunity to execute it.
What if you asked yourself what you could do differently in your everyday tasks? Would you dare ?
