Abidjan, September 25, 2023 (AIP) – The Africa CEO Forum, in partnership with Ecobank-Côte d'Ivoire, will organize an online digital event on October 5, 2023, with a view to investing in Côte d'Ivoire, a cocoa-producing country, reports a press release sent to AIP.
This event will be an opportunity to highlight the investment opportunities the country offers in the digital sector. Indeed, Côte gansu mobile number database intends to position itself as the digital hub of West Africa and make this key sector the vector for the structural transformation of its economy. It is with this objective in mind that the Ivorian government has adopted a National Digital Strategy (SNCI 2025) with a budget of more than 2,000 billion CFA francs, the press release explains.
“Côte d’Ivoire is booming with a dynamic economy and a rapidly growing digital sector. We believe in its potential to become the digital hub of West Africa. As the financial partner of choice for many businesses and entrepreneurs in Africa, Ecobank is firmly committed to supporting this major economic transformation,” said Paul-Harry Aithnard, CEO of Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire.
Local and foreign investors are invited to take part in this national transformation by participating in this event. This edition of Invest In Côte d'Ivoire, which will be at this event, will serve as a forum for exchanges, debates, and meetings with key players in the continent's digital sector.
Three public-private workshops to concretely discuss investment opportunities in the main digital sub-sectors will be organized on several themes, including " Digital Infrastructure - a fundamental pillar of the development of the digital economy", " Startup Ecosystem - unleashing entrepreneurial energies" and " Women In Tech: encouraging digital entrepreneurship among Ivorian women".
Founded in 2012, the Africa CEO Forum is the leading platform for executives from the largest African and international companies, international investors, multinational managers, heads of state, ministers, and representatives of the continent's leading financial institutions. It is a venue for high-level meetings, experience sharing, and deciphering trends affecting the business world.
