Preface. Over the last 3-4 years, finding new employees has become a real quest. I personally shoveled through hundreds (hundreds!!!) of resumes, sent out invitations for interviews and waited and waited and waited – for someone to respond, and if they did – “at least come”. And when a young employee starts working – you wait with bated breath – will they leave in a week, a month, or six months: “This is not for me”…

I was crying on the shoulder of my friends who also run companies – they have the same thing.
And one client said: “When you conduct your next study on youth, be sure to include the question – what should employers do with Generation Z? What do they need? What are they interested in? What motivates them?”

I asked a student of Narxoz, Damir, who himself belongs to this uruguay cell phone number list mysterious generation, to write this article. And although this article is written based on sources and research, it largely reflects his understanding of his generation – from the inside.

I wish you interesting reading!
Sincerely,
Alexander Ruzanov

In 1991, the "generation theory" of Neil Howe and which arose at the intersection of economics, demography and history [1, p.2]. The essence of the idea was that over certain twenty years (this figure can change!), the world experiences complex stories that are dictated by a kind of Spirit of the Time, so to speak. And so the mass of people born in these periods, respectively experiencing these stories at approximately the same ages - we call generations. It is customary to distinguish the baby boomer generation, as well as X, Y, Z - generations. However, age is not the main indicator. In the theory of generations, it is the formation of this multitude of personalities in a given historical period that is important. That is, the factors of education, socialization, personality formation are considered; and in them - beliefs, behavior patterns, and a system of values.

This article will discuss the generation called "Z" - in the context of employment and work itself. In the course of the discussion, a detailed description of the representatives of this generation, their values and desires will be presented. And in the end, ways of building effective relationships with them for future employers will be considered.
