Many inherent concepts, inherent processes and vested interests are the main obstacles in digital transformation. In addition to drastic reforms by the top management, employees at all levels of the company must be involved. They need to break down the barriers between departments and communicate more intensively.

In recent years, we often see the term "War Room" appearing ios database in key events of various companies. For example, "Double Eleven War Room", "Spring Festival Gala War Room", "Super Bowl War Room". These virtual organizations are temporarily established to eliminate the communication barriers between departments. Each "War Room" may include personnel from operations, PR, advertising, customer service, products, technology, IT, finance, legal affairs, and human resources departments who can respond quickly (and make decisions).

The advantage of this model is one of the goals of digital transformation, which is to better coordinate each isolated functional department, improve efficiency and work towards a common goal. When the "combat command" is scattered, it can still exist in another mode.

To achieve this goal, when selecting talents, companies need to consider not only those who meet the "hardware requirements" of digital transformation, but also their digital collaboration and innovation capabilities and their ability to use collaboration tools. On the other hand, employees who cannot meet the requirements of digital transformation will be eliminated.
