Those eligible for the programme, regardless of the chosen path, can be entrepreneurs of any size operating in Poland. It is important to note that the Smart FENG path is designed for companies at different stages of development: those that are just starting out in innovation, those that are developing it and those that are innovation leaders.
What can the funds be used for?
In the case of the research and development module, the funding funds can be used to:
remuneration of research and development staff,
Purchase of external services (outsourcing of project-related research and consultancy services) - maximum 70% of the eligible costs of industrial research and development work incurred in the R&D Module,
the amortization costs of research equipment and the depreciation of buildings,
Lease and perpetual usufruct expenses of land,
acquisition of intangible assets,
operating costs and the purchase of materials and consumables directly related to R&D work,
indirect costs,
costs related to the establishment of additional guarantees for the grant agreement.
Where a project includes more than one module in addition to the R&D module, the costs of the R&D module must amount to at least 20% of the total eligible costs of the project . A maximum of over 80% of industrial research costs and 60% of development work costs.
