Manage Facebook and Instagram Engagement in Business Suite
Business Suite lets you manage both Facebook and Instagram engagement. The Inbox tab organizes all comments and messages from both platforms into a single folder. You can also choose separate folders to handle Messenger, Instagram Direct, or comments separately. To make this work, you need to make sure that messages in your inbox are going to the right person.
