Netrokona Deputy Commissioner Moinul Islam said that before participating in the cultural festival at Muktar Para ground, the president is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center in the Arambagh area of the city.
He said that the district town has been cleaned, roads have been renovated, and a beautiful festival stage has been constructed to mark the arrival of the President.
Netrokona District Superintendent of Police Joydev Chowdhury said that tight security has been beefed up for the arrival of the President. Law enforcement agencies at various levels including RAB, BGB, police, PGR, SSF are working responsibly.
He said that all types of traffic within the city have been stopped to strengthen security.
