With the new module, you can connect your personal account in the messenger to RetailCRM and initiate dialogues directly from the system. Get a response from those clients who were previously impossible to "reach".
What integration allows you to do:

connect a personal account in RetailCRM and communicate with clients in Chats;
add unlimited number of Telegram numbers;
receive messages and media files;
collect customer phone numbers automatically.

Connect the module and sell in the VKontakte marketplace. Orders will come to the "Operational activities" section, you do not need to connect the "Chats" block to work with them.
