The Operations Manual is the practical document that collects all the information derived from the franchisor's know-how that allows the company's activities to be carried out.

However, the know-how must be referable to those activities that make a certain way of working unique, exclusive and differentiating. To give you an example, the Operations Manual of a restaurant franchise must not contain information relating to how to wash vegetables or how the cold room works, because these are standard operations.
