professional development.

As we can see, the most important criterion is the salary level (which is relevant at all times). However, in the following four points we see: the possibility of professional development, the possibility of performing interesting tasks, flexible schedule, the possibility of training within the company.

About in-company training and

Often, university graduates find themselves in a difficult situation, as they feel great uncertainty about their knowledge and skills. This is probably a certain gap in the education system, in which little attention is paid to teaching practical skills. Therefore, in their first jobs, zoomers are looking for an opportunity to apply knowledge in practice, “separate the wheat ireland cell phone number list from the chaff”, thereby gaining greater self-confidence and real competencies that they can then apply professionally. And here we come to the next very common phenomenon among generation Z - FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) - when a person feels internal anxiety or even fear that he is missing something important and interesting that may happen without his participation. The famous researcher of the problem of generations David Stillman, in his book “Generation Z at Work” devotes a separate chapter to this as an important characteristic of this generation:

“From the latest news from around the world to who invited whom to prom, Generation Z knows everything all the time. And this is not surprising, considering that they get their information from no less than five screens at once. From a TV screen, a laptop, a desktop PC, a tablet, and, of course, a mobile phone – any information is, figuratively speaking, just a click away” [5, p. 187].

Complete transparency and excess information create the impression among zoomers that "it's good where we are not." Banal advertising, a lot of videos and photos, reviews from another workplace where the conditions are better - make zoomers think that they are missing out on something cool and more profitable. As a result, this leads to the fact that zoomers are often not the most permanent employees of companies.
